and voice call plan except for 384kbps speed.
* Streamyx Combo 384kbps come together with WIRED modem and add on RM10
voice plan which is optional to the customers plus FREE Aztech DECT
cordless phone.
* Streamyx Combo 512kbps until 4mbps will be inclusive of voice call
plan , Wifi modem and comes with FREE Panasonic DECT Phone (512kbps will
get Aztech DECT Cordless Phone).
* Customers will enjoy Call Plan offerings as below:
* FREE Fixed to Fixed call nationwide.
* Cheaper Fixed to Mobile rate depending on speed
* No Call Plan Package Fee
* Speed of service is on "best effort" basis with 24/7
Broadband.
* Service is subject to availability and technical testing.
* The minimum subscription period is 12 MONTHS. * If customers terminate within the minimum subscription period, RM 350
for administration fee will be charged.
* Modem warranty is only for 12 months.
* DECT Phone will be given to New Installation (NI) and Upgrade Speed
upon Streamyx Activation.
* For Voice Plan RM10/Free Voice :
* Subject to 5% service tax
* Customer can start enjoying voice plan on the next TM Homeline bill
date after Streamyx service is activated .The voice charges before such
notification(s) will be treated as normal charges.
* The existing voice plan will be terminated on the next bill date after
Streamyx service is activated. Zero Entry Cost for Streamyx
service: * Waived Activation of RM
